  • Your Village is a four-part, in-person coaching and support programme based in Cheltenham, designed specifically for women returning to work after maternity leave. It blends expert facilitation, peer connection, and practical tools to build confidence, clarity, and contribution from day one.

  • It’s ideal for employees preparing to return or who have recently returned from maternity leave. The format is especially helpful for those lacking support networks, or anyone navigating the transition back into their professional identity.

  • Returners contribute sooner, stay longer, and feel more connected when they’re supported. The programme reduces overwhelm, eases the ramp-up, strengthens team culture, and supports retention — all with minimal internal resource from your team.

  • The programme includes four two-hour in-person workshops, access to curated resources, optional follow-up coaching, and a built-in support network of peers going through the same experience. Each session is designed to build confidence, address common return-to-work challenges, and encourage practical next steps.

  • The programme is priced at £335 per participant, with the option for additional 1:1 coaching support provided at an extra cost.

  • Our workshops are hosted at The Baby Journey headquarters (www.thebabyjourney.co.uk) - unit 4 Fairview St, Fairview Rd, Cheltenham GL51 6UL.

    Programmes run every other month on either a Tuesday (11am-1pm) or a Wednesday (7.30pm-9.30pm).

    Bookings are now open for September, November & January so please reach out to request the preferred start date.

  • At the moment, Your Village is a community-based, cross-company programme delivered in Cheltenham. However, bespoke sessions or internal cohorts may be discussed for larger organisations. Get in touch to explore options.

  • Your practical involvement is minimal. Once booked, we handle all logistics and communications. You’re welcome to show support by encouraging participation and checking in afterwards, but the programme is designed to run independently and alongside your internal processes.
